How it works

From request to revenue in three steps.

A vendor-friendly flow that respects your time and gives buyers what they actually want — competitive pricing through a channel they already trust.

STEP 01

Browse matched requests

See live procurement requests from qualified enterprise buyers — already scoped, with budget signal, seats, contract term, and decision timeline.

STEP 02

Submit competitive offers

Respond with a structured offer in minutes. No lengthy proposals — buyers compare offers side-by-side and ask follow-ups in-thread.

STEP 03

Close on AWS Marketplace

Accepted offers convert to AWS private offers automatically. Billing, contracts, and ACE pipeline credit are handled for you.

We closed two enterprise deals in our first month — both AWS-routed, both at full price. Webvar replaced the SDR motion entirely for our mid-market segment.

FAQ

Vendor questions, answered.

What does it cost to list as a vendor?

Nothing. There's no listing fee, no subscription, and no minimum commitment. You only pay a small success fee on deals closed through the platform — and we publish the rate openly during onboarding.

Do I need to be on AWS Marketplace already?

It helps but isn't required. If you're already listed (public or private), buyers can transact immediately. If not, we'll help you stand up an AWS Marketplace presence as part of your first deal.

What kinds of buyers will I reach?

Procurement and IT leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies — typically $100M+ in revenue, with real budgets and active renewal cycles. Every buyer is verified before they can post a request.

How exclusive are the deals?

Not exclusive. Buyers usually compare 2–4 offers side-by-side, including yours, vendor-direct, and reseller routes. You compete on price, terms, and product fit — not on who emailed first.

Does Webvar own the customer relationship?

No. Once a deal closes, the customer is yours. Webvar facilitates the transaction and can help with renewals if both parties want — but the relationship, support, and account expansion stay with you.

How do I get notified about new requests?

Real-time email and in-dashboard alerts the moment a buyer posts a request matching your category. Slack and webhook notifications are also available.

Can resellers also submit offers on my product?

Yes, through the CPPO (Consulting Partner Private Offer) flow. You stay in control: set the floor pricing, approve which resellers can quote you, and see every offer that goes out under your brand.

Get in front of buyers who are already shopping.

Free to list. No long-term contract. Close your first AWS Marketplace deal in weeks, not quarters.
